We took blue multi-dot fabric and made an A-line dress that closes on the shoulders with buttons. Yellow rick rack adorns the hem with an orange, yellow and green fish embroidered swimming along.  This cute fish has a 3-D tail made from ribbon and rick rack and button bubbles are floating above him.
 
We can embroider your little one's name or initial across the chest.
